We have nothing but praise for you and your fellow band members. You made our wedding (24/10/2010 Olive tree cottage)even more special with your great sounds and relaxed attitude.
Our son in particular was very impressed with the music you played for us,he was reluctant to leave after a huge day for him (he's only 5) and would have been quite happy to go the end I think.
We had a lot of great comments from family and friends who attended about how awesome you sounded. All in all we had a brillant day with great company,great food,and great music which was what we set out to acheive.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks for playing at our wedding at Vilagrad Winery on 21 January.
We had heard DV8 play at Diggers in Hamilton before so we knew you guys were talented, but to have you play at our wedding was like the icing on the cake for us, on what was an amazing day. We really appreciate how easy it was to deal with you guys leading up to and on the day of the wedding - we didn't have to worry at all, you were so efficient and professional...And did a great job of kicking off the evening and really getting the party started! The range of songs that you played meant there was something to appeal to everyone and you succeeded in getting all our guests up on the dance floor (which is definitely no easy feat!). The Michael Jackson medley brought the house down and even the venue staff, who hear a lot of bands in their line of work, were completely blown away. Everyone is still raving about you!

When looking for a band for our wedding we wanted a band that would cater for all our guests and go with the crowds demands on the night. DV8 certainly fulfilled this request! DV8 played at the Nauti Girls Fishing competition in Whangamata, back in early February, and I just want to say WHAT A GREAT NIGHT !!!

'Wow, how can we even express how fantastic DV8 was at our wedding. They were professional in all our dealings with them prior to the wedding, they set up early and were there ready to play. They were a huge part of our night, all of our guests were up dancing and having an absolute ball. The songs they played were great, every age group at the wedding knew them and were enjoying them. The voices of this band and their skill on their instruments was incredible. Everyone was talking about how fantastic they were the next day at our BBQ. We had Deviate play for our wedding 20.02.10 - AMAZING night they provided for us it would not have been the same without them. VERY professional, EXTREMELY sharp, GREAT mix with both female and male vocals, we could not have asked for a better band they really did make our wedding night an awesome one with people on the dance floor all night!!!! DEFINATELY reccommend Deviate to everyone wanting a night to remember.

Outstanding. We had DV8 for our wedding in November 2009 @ the Sebel Hotel in Tauranga.
They were helpful from the start and very easy to organise everything with.
On the night they blew us away and our guests, i spent the whole night on the dance floor.
I have had people ask me for the contact details for future weddings!
Thanks DV8 for making the day complete, we had a blast, cant wait to see you again.

We had these guys for our wedding at the Sebel (Tauranga) in February. Fantastic song selection that was appropriately tailored to the age range we specified - loved your cover of Greenday's "Time of Your Life"! Entire dance floor was filled to the point people were spilling on to the balcony. Happy to recommend these guys - they took care of all musical requirements of the evening, including a song for the first dance. Cheers.

WOW, what an amzing band! They played at our wedding and had everyone of all ages up dancing the whole night away, with such a wide range of songs to suit the crowd. Being a 4 person band of both male and female, made for such variable music and sounds. Deviate rocked the party on our wedding night. Both of us are (lapsed) musicians, so we wanted to get a decent band for our wedding. We went along to Diggers in Hamilton to hear this band play, and you can instantly tell, they have something special. This band is seriously good. If you get a chance, listen to them playing "Son of a preacher man", but that's only the tip of the iceberg. If you are thinking of getting a band to play at your wedding, you wont be disappointing with Deviate. They know how to play, are versatile (male and female vocals / wide range of music) and are very professional."

Deviate played at the Westpac Tauranga Business Awards 2009, immediately on the first note people were up and dancing and stayed that way for the next hour and a half. Deviate were easy to work with, accommodating and worked within our constraints, which included our stage and timeframe. We have already booked them for next year.

This is an amazing band. They performed at our annual veterinary conference and the dance floor was never empty. Would recommend this band to anyone. Fantastic!!

We can't recommend these guys enough. They were very professional from the moment we started dealing with them. On the day, they absolutely rocked the place. Everyone from the kids, teenagers, our friends, parents grandparents etc. had a ball - their variety was perfect. You couldn't get us off the dancefloor.

Not only are they excellent musicians they were very professional to deal with. Their orgainsation was excellent which made this part of orgainsing our wedding a breeze.

DV8 played at our wedding 6 Feb and they were awesome, had the oldies up and dancing even the ones that normally complain of sore knees. Lots of guests have commented on how great the band were and I have recommended DV8 to at least 6 people so far. Great range of songs. If you want it to be a night to remember I recommend DV8

DV8 are a great, versatile band. Our staff xmas function was fantastic because of having such a great band. Everyone had a really good night and the dancefloor was never empty. DV8 offer a wide range of songs and the vocals are excellent. The best thing about the band is that they have male and female vocals which changes it up a bit throughout the night. I recommend DV8 for your next staff function, party or wedding.

DV8 played at our wedding at Woodlands in Hamilton on the 8th of November. They were awesome; so many people commented on how great they were. They played an excellent range of music, sounded great, interacted with the crowd well and were really professional. The dance floor was full almost all night. I would definitely recommend them.

DV8 are amazing, played at our wedding on 19 September at Mills Reef Winery. They had absolutely everyone up dancing (young and old including my grandfather!) and the night went off! One of the greatest aspects is that they have both male and female lead vocalists and great musicians on guitar/drums etc which gives an awesome variance and means they can do such a wide range of songs. We also had their female lead vocalist Brydie sing me in accoustic down the aisle, she was just magic. Thanks so much guys for making it such a great night, will never forget it and am recommending you to absolutely everyone!!
