After we were let down by the band we had thought we had booked.... The Famous Fish came to our rescue They offered to help us out They played at our wedding Feb 4th 2010. This meant the group 4 of them had to drive down tp the Waikato fro AKL and stay the night,We had the opportunity to meet up with Jude and Craig, and knew that they were the band for us.OH MY GOD.....they were fantastic.. THE BEST!!!!!!! They read our guest perfectly, got everyone up and dancing Even some of the oldies who never dance.....no one wanted to leave, many stayed right until end much to our delight. In a word, The Famous Fish Band made our wedding day complete....Our guest are still raving about them weeks and weeks later....I cannot begin to thank them all so very much and would highly recommend this band to anyone for every event possible......GO THE FLYING FISH...YOU GUYS ROCK.....Love ya xxx FUN FUN FUN...all we could not have wished for more ...Thanks again xxx Ravi and Kirk See ya soon

Famous Fish is well known for our top level professional performance including a fantastic lighting show incorporated into our performance. We are able to theme events and costume changes are a big part of our corporate entertainment. We currently are performing two full length shows “ The Blues Brothers and Sisters Show Band Review” and "Rock and Soul Legends" around New Zealand which can be incorporated into an evening as well.
With every budget in mind we can now offer a full 6 piece band, or our awesome 4 piece for mid to large functions either way Famous Fish will "Rock your Socks Off".
Please note: our quoting will be for 4 piece band so please ask if you would like the larger 6 piece for your function.

Not just another covers band that you watch and listen to - this group interact with the crowd, get off the stage and mingle. Each set has a mixture of songs from both new and classic artists making it so easy to dance and sing the night away. The show is professionally delivered, perfectly timed and the lighting dazzling - possibly the most talented covers band in Auckland!!! Luv ya Famous Fish.

We have had Famous Fish play for us for our birthday celebrations at The Library Cafe in Onehunga two years in a row. They are awesome for all age groups even our young guests! We will definitely be booking them again!

We had Famous Fish play at our "80th" (joint 40th). They certainly made the night and everyone, young and old had a blast dancing the night away. They have turned us into groupies and we try and go listen to them when they play at our local. They get the place rocking and we have even booked them for our sons 21st in Feb. Keep going guys...we love ya.....

Famous Fish have performed on a regular basis at the Papakura Club over the last 4 years and we think they are great. They are the only band that we do have on a regular basis because they never fail to deliver a very polished and professional show. Great stuff guys, keep it up.

I continue to have loads of fun listening to Famous Fish, not only would I travel to see them... I most certainly would recommend them for a wedding or function, I laugh, I dance, and I sing... what else would keep you rockin all night long... the sax is fantastic 3 different singers... and keyboards... you guys def rock!

These guys rock, they have a great repetoire of songs and themes that they play well, they also know how to read the crowd and have fun with it. The themes that they have are popular with costuming that makes it a real show people thoroughly enjoy them. An absolute must for a fun night on any occasion.
