Kia Ora I'm a Singer/ Songwriter/ Bass Player from New Zealand mixes funk /rock, vocal songs with elements of jazz and various influences into every track.

I started playing bass back in 1989 and since then have immersed myself in every style of music.

After a gig back in 2006, a vocalist and I were talking about the music scene and how well the bands were doing. I said that we should do something…. He carried on to say that he was doing an album to be put out the following year and "I could jump on the band wagon". Well that really hit home in a good and bad way, because I thought, he's right, as a freelance or session musician, that's what you do, back, up-and-coming or already established artists. So I went home that night and woke up in the morning and thought, I can do this myself, I sat down and reviewed the material I had already done and started writing……
